Quick Start
  1. Download three reports from Fluxx (required):
    1. In Forms in the Fluxx Admin Panel, export the form you want to visualise using the Export button.
      e.g. Go to Admin » Forms » Grant Request » theme name » stencil name then click on Export.

      The exported file is named [Model Name]-[Stencil Name].json
      e.g. GrantRequest-One-Stage v2.json.
    2. In Workflow in the Fluxx Admin Panel, export the workflow you want to visualise using the Export button. This must correspond to the theme of the form you selected in Step 1a.
      e.g. Go to Admin » Workflow » Grant Request » theme name then click on Export.

      The exported file is named [theme name]_[workflow name].json
      e.g. one-stage request_one-stage request.json.
    3. In the Fluxx Staff Portal, go to Live Reports and select "Workflow Report"
    4. Select the name of the same form you downloaded in the previous step, then click on Generate Report.

      The exported file is named fluxx_workflow_report-mmddyy.xls
      e.g. fluxx_workflow_report_100523.xls
  2. Use the three file upload fields above to select the three files you downloaded.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. A file named Workflow-ModelName-ThemeName-StencilName.drawio will download in your browser.
